Our story

50 years feeding the Central Valley

The Meat Market was founded in 1976 and has grown from a neighborhood butcher shop into a Central Valley institution — custom cuts, house-made sausage, local wines, and The Grill window locals rely on for honest, scratch-made food.

Today we operate two locations: our Fresno flagship on West Alluvial and our Clovis store on North Fowler — same commitment to freshness, same family values, same tri-tip reputation.
